Marketing & SMS Terms
What we send
If you agree to receive marketing messages, Speak Medical Aesthetics LLC may send you newsletters, promotions, events, and information about Speak services by email and/or text message at the contact details you provide.
Marketing messages may be sent using automated systems. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Text messages
Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop all texts from us. Reply NO PROMOS to stop promotional texts only. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@speakmedicalaesthetics.com.
Appointment, care-related and review-request messages may also be sent through our booking (Boulevard) and messaging (Twilio) providers.
After you opt out of marketing texts, you may still receive appointment-related texts from our booking system. Contact the practice if you also want to change care-related communication preferences.
Email
Use the unsubscribe option in any marketing email to stop marketing emails. You may still receive appointment-related messages.
How your information is used
We use your name, the contact details you provide, and your status as a Speak patient only to send these communications. We may share only that information with contracted communication service providers acting on our behalf to deliver messages to you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. Information may be shared only with service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (such as our booking and messaging platforms), and they may not use it for their own marketing. This permission does not include treatment records, diagnoses, photographs, or testimonials.
Changing your mind
You may revoke your marketing permission at any time by replying STOP to a marketing text, using the unsubscribe option in an email, or writing to Miry Kwon, DO, Privacy Officer, at info@speakmedicalaesthetics.com. Revocation does not undo actions already taken in reliance on your permission.
